PFD will debate the February topic. THSSDL rules will be followed for all events.
Students will be allowed to triple. Enrollment is limited to six per event from each school because our school is small and spaced is limited. If enrollment is low in events, I'll open them up to all schools if possible to add more.
Please note that registration is a TWO-STEP process. Please pre-register on SpeechEase.com by January 19h at 11:00 PM . This will help us determine the total number of schools attending, as well as plan for concessions. Your final registration must be received by Tuesday, January 31 at 8:00 pm.

There is a surcharge for each entry in the following events:
- DA ($8.00)
- DUO ($8.00)
- IDA ($8.00)
- PFD ($8.00)
Entry fees are $8.00 for single events and $16.00 for events with two students. School entry fees are $15.00. Please make checks payable to Sullivan East High School.
Schools must also provide one judge for every six individual events or fraction thereof and one judge for every two entries in PFD. There are no hired judges. if you don't have enough judges, please adjust your entry. Please make checks payable to Sullivan East High School.
You are welcome to use the online drop/add reporting at SpeechEase.com after you have submitted your final registration until January 31 at 8 p,m, Please notify the coach as soon as possible when you know about drops. Please text Peggy at 423-646-1141 the night before and the morning of with drops so that we may do our best to get those take care of and start the tournament on time.
A judges' lounge will be provided for coaches and judges. We will sell concessions to students. Students are not allowed to leave the school - and there are no places close to our school to eat.
We will be offering sweeps trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams. We will also offer an award for a non-sweeps school based on percentage of team members' points with a minimum of ten entries.
