Overview
SpeechEase software is a complete speech tournament management
package. SpeechEase automates the registration, scheduling, and
tabulation processes.
In addition, there is no software to install! Any computer with an Internet connection and a web browser can use all the features of SpeechEase.
Who uses SpeechEase software?
Tournament Managers:
- Save time! Tournament attendees are responsible for all data entry relating to contestants - the most important, and most time-consuming portion of other scheduling software.
- Don't worry about room signs, judge assignment sheets, and other routine paper work. SpeechEase generates much of the routine paper work for you!
Tournament Attendees:
- Submit your entry online. Don't worry that a number you write on a FAX could be misinterpreted, leaving you with 2 contestants in an event instead of 7! You have full control over your entry, ensuring it is correct every time!
An extra software package is available for broadcasting
announcements, drops, round rebalancing, and finals during the day.
Needed for this setup: Internet-accessible computers with projectors, or
a television network with the ability to broadcast a computer screen.
